ALE Spa Building and Consulting is a general contractor specializing in precast industrial, commercial and agricultural buildings made of prestressed reinforced concrete. With 30 years of experience and partnerships with leading companies in the precast sector, we guarantee reliability, quality and speed.

ALE Spa is a company that can respond effectively to customers’ needs in a proactive, solution-oriented way. The quality of our buildings and our innovative approach are also the result of a valuable partnership with one of Italy’s leading manufacturers and builders of precast structures.
Our partnership with TesiSystem, active since 2017, has enabled both companies to strengthen their role in the Italian construction market, above all thanks to a high production capacity. This capability is based on two distinctive features:
  • a large production area divided into five plants,
  • a production planning and control method built on years of experience.

A strategic geographic location, combined with an efficient organizational system, ensures speed and reliability in meeting every request, providing coverage across Italy and abroad.
Innovative, meticulous production methods

Another reason why ALE Spa chose to work directly with TesiSystem is tied to the production methods adopted by the Veneto-based company. In order to achieve the highest possible quality, it pays close attention to the selection of raw materials, carefully overseeing every step of the process through to the finished product.

Great importance is also placed on the assembly of the internal reinforcement that strengthens the concrete elements. This procedure is carried out entirely within the company’s plants under the expert supervision of its professionals, who follow the production chain and ensure high standards in full compliance with current regulations.

The large storage area available at each TesiSystem facility also enables the company to respond quickly to any customer request. Concrete elements are monitored during this phase as well, to confirm proper curing and test durability until they are finally delivered to the job site.
