Architecture and innovation in the Motor Valley
Along the main route connecting Modena to Maranello, in the industrial area of the Motor Valley, stands an industrial building that combines functionality, design and innovation. Built by our company, this warehouse represents a new architectural and logistical landmark for the area. With a total surface area of approximately 35,000 sqm, the project is part of an important industrial redevelopment initiative that has restored value and productivity to a previously abandoned area, located in a highly strategic position for logistics and the Modena industrial sector.
The building stands out for its strong visual impact and clear architectural identity: the main façade is defined by three volumes clad in cardinal purple polycarbonate, reflecting natural light and creating a modern and dynamic visual effect. The prefabricated concrete wall panels were painted purple after installation, ensuring chromatic uniformity and aesthetic coherence throughout the structure. Windows and finishes in blue complete the composition, creating a bold visual contrast along a high-traffic roadway. One of the key elements of the project was the warehouse roofing, supplied directly by our company. It is an innovative construction system, for which we hold exclusive rights, designed to deliver high performance in terms of insulation, durability and installation speed. A cutting-edge solution that meets the functional needs of modern companies without compromising construction quality.
This project represents a concrete example of our vision of advanced industrial construction: innovative technical solutions, attention to design and enhancement of the local territory. A concrete warehouse that combines solidity, innovation and architectural identity. The building is currently home to DSV, a major operator in the integrated logistics sector, which selected this structure for its new operational center. The facility is located in a strategic context for the ceramic and automotive industries, strengthening the area’s role as a primary industrial hub.
